When it comes to prioritizing health, I’ve always had the best intentions. You know, drink more water, go to bed early, get all my steps in, manage stress like a pro… all those Pinterest-perfect goals that sound great in theory. But actually tracking my progress? Let’s just say it’s been a little hit or miss.
So when I was recently gifted an Ultrahuman ring, I felt like I had been handed the secret weapon that I knew would help me really get to know my body better. It’s sleek, stylish, and packed with more capabilities than I could list in one breath—stress monitoring, sleep tracking, heart rate analysis, activity tracking, and so much more. I was instantly intrigued.
But let’s be real. What really sold me on this little genius of a ring? Three things: tracking my stress, sleep, and steps.
As much as I’d love to claim a Zen-master lifestyle, the reality is that I often find myself in constant anxiety mode- which is not good! The Ultrahuman ring will give me daily insight into my stress levels- hopefully nudging me toward better habits (and maybe even remind me to breathe).
Sleep? This is where I really need help. Sure, I go to bed early (10pm is way late for me!) but I rarely feel rested. The Ultrahuman ring will track my sleep cycles and give me the lowdown on whether I’m crushing my REM or just tossing and turning.
And steps? Let’s just say I’m on a mission to close the gap between my reality and that magical 10,000-a-day goal. I love that the ring will keep me accountable without being pushy—because who needs judgment from their jewelry? My Apple Watch also has step counts, but it’s not as cute and lightweight as my new ring!
I’ve only just started using my Ultrahuman ring, but I’m already excited over how much data it provides. It feels like having a health coach wrapped around my finger (literally). I can’t wait to share my journey and see how this tiny but mighty device transforms my daily habits.
Here’s to less stress, better sleep, and more movement in the new year! Stay tuned for all the juicy details as I put this ring to the test!
